I think that DBF associates three objectives are interlinked because to increase market share you have to be making a profit and to be making a profit you must be providing a quality service. DBF associates objectives are to: – Make a profit- the business expects to make a profit by providing a quality service.

So if the employees are always working the company must be making a profit. These accounts are produced on Microsoft excel by the accountants then are printed on a HP LaserJet printer then faxed or e- mailed to the clients. Even if the accounts are not faxed or E- mailed to the clients, i.e. they are given by post or in the clients hand then the accounts are still produced on Microsoft excel using a computer and then printed using a HP LaserJet printer which is ICT.
