and incident happens and they crash into each other.

Over all the movie is not just about people crashing their cars but the conflicts between others. The first time we encounter racial discrimination is in the beginning of the movie when a Muslim man wants to buy a gun at a store where a Caucasian man is working at the counter. race. Another incident in the movie of racial discrimination is when an Asian woman gets into a car accident with a Latina cop. Right away the Asian women used racial stereotypical comments saying that the accident was the Latin women's fault because “Mexicans can not drive.” How ever the Latina women used reverse stereotypical racism on the Asian woman.

The Latina woman said that the accident was the Asian woman's fault because she is a short Asian and could not see over the steering wheel. Both the Latina woman and the Asian women used racial stereotypical comments towards each other as to blame the accident on the other person. Another case of racism in "Crash” is between two black men walking around in downtown L.A. The two black men talk negatively about whites and how they always get served better and treated better then blacks do. They also were angered towards a black waitress who would only serve white people because black people do not leave tips and she was not going to waste her time on black people and lose out on making money. This is another example of racial stereotyping. Overall this film deals with a lot of racism between several different races. They all have strong stereotypes that discriminates the other persons culture. It shows that no matter what this world, like Los Angeles will always have discrimination, racism and prejudice people. Many people like those in the movie make to many assumptions on people and judge them with out even getting to know them simply based on negative things heard about that person's race.
