This is evident as a good number of the African Americans death rates appear to be on the rise as opposed to those of the whites. This is because of low incomes for African Americans as compared to the whites' stable economy thus unable to access health services.

Consequently, an educational issue is very problematic as the African child is highly discriminated in the U.S thus education inequalities. For example, blacks are poorly graded regardless of their best performance simply because of their black identity. This has been very problematic and still stands out for the U.S federal governments to eradicate this deadly social challenge that has caused chaos and confusion across the continent (Howard, 2007). Equally, the issue of racism and discrimination is a social problem in the U.S because of its touchy concept whereby it instills fear and low self esteem to individuals of low social class. Basically, it does not allow and include people of different classes to participate in nation building towards economic growth and development. Sociological theory refers to the concept of statements which explain why and how a given phenomena's facts are related to the social world. Based on the racial formation theory, race is the root of identity hence; it has made most African Americans to suffer most under the concept of black identification. They employed the concept of divide and rule method in conquering their colonies (Unnever & Gabbidon, 2011). Actually, this has been the origin of the social problems on discussion

and will always be because of the post colonialism elements. It is vivid that as much as the exploitative and diminishing policies are functional, the social problem of racism and discrimination will continue affecting the American citizens forever.
