Despite not always displaying similar behavior, it does not mean they are treating others poorly. However, there is consistently a certain level of separation between them. In my texts or work manuals, there is undoubtedly information about individuals like me because of the important role I fulfill in the community. A large portion of local media consists of people from my community, which makes sense considering the significant population of my community in the Daytona Beach Area and the need for representation across various fields, including media.

The leaders in my community and I have noticeable similarities and differences. As a representative of my community, I have comparable work, food, and dress habits to the leaders. However, there are variations specifically in terms of power exertion and extensive connections. Leaders usually possess abundant amounts of these resources. Nonetheless, I am confident that minority group interests are still effectively advocated for within my community, despite only a few leaders belonging to those groups.

The leaders of my community responsibly attend to the needs of minority communities. If I were to address any disparities in my community, the

main aspect I would modify is the economic inequalities. Promoting such disparities leads to greater gaps among individuals than any other factor. The most effective and noteworthy strategy would be to implement higher taxes on the wealthier income group.

It is interesting that people from the same community often choose to live together in close-knit neighborhoods, despite the expectation of equal treatment and opportunities for all. However, this proposal only indirectly benefits its supporters since emphasizing English does not serve any commercial purpose. The only advantage is the personal satisfaction of English speakers asserting dominance over non-English speakers.

The argument put forth was that the utilization of Spanish in business would ultimately corrupt the system and supported the exclusive use of English. It was also noted that the government bears substantial costs for translation and documentation related to international trade, health, and tourism due to the usage of Spanish. Personally, I find this entire issue unwarranted, despite occasional problems in our community arising from the use of Spanish. However, my part-time work at The Homeless Family Shelter has frequently exposed me to the adverse effects of racial inequalities.

Recognizing the significance of a diverse society that includes people from different races, cultures, and heritages is an essential progression in our current era. It is

not only important to acknowledge racial diversity but also to appreciate the unique cultural backgrounds of each individual. In a democratic society, it becomes crucial to strive for a society that does not engage in racial discrimination. Democracy aims to ensure equal treatment and opportunities for all individuals, both in terms of justice and social aspects.

elements within us, even if we do not consider ourselves to be racist. This is the only way for minorities to believe us and for our Daytona Beach Area to become the most demographically significant area in terms of cooperative coexistence.
