The work of the Human Resource is to recruit and interview workers as well as coordinating the functions of administration in an organization. The department of human resource is involved in handling the employee relations, training and payrolls in the organization. Therefore, development of the human resource is not the key to the success of an organization since their responsibilities are not related to the success of an organization.

Creativity and innovation lead to success in an organization. When a company uses innovative ideas to generate new applications, services and products it is guaranteed of success. The customers are the key to success in an organization since they are willing to pay for either services or products provided by an organization. resource. Developing customer relations ensures that the organization retains its customers and at the same time gains more customers. Customers are the most important factor in the success of an organization since all the money comes from them. According to (Peter Drucker), a business guru, the main purpose of a business is to get and keep customers. Therefore, the company should be involved marketing strategies to promote their products in order to boost sales. The organization should also be involved in developing products that the customers are willing to pay for rather than develop the human resource which caters for the needs of the employees. The success of an organization is dependent on the customers rather than the human resource.

For an organization to be successful, it requires physical resources like equipment, finances and facilities. The employees need facilities and equipment to work for an organization to be successful. The company needs finances to achieve sustainability therefore, finance is a major key to success in an organization. According to Graham, (2015) developing the human resource without developing finances only leads to failure of the organization. Therefore, the organization needs to develop the operation of the business to increase the finances. The focus of the organization should be on increasing the revenue and profits and as a result, the organization is bound to be successful.

The success of an organization is based on the profits the organization makes. For an organization to gain profits, it needs to increase the customers since the money comes from them. The company needs to develop the physical resource which will facilitate the development of services and products and as a result, the

customers will pay for them. Hence, developing the customer base and the physical resources is the key to success of an organization. Therefore, developing the human resource is not the key to success in an organization since it does increase profits in the organization.
