an indication that the family was organized and lived in harmony with one another like people who are related to each other by kinship ties. The manner in which the roles were established in the family was pleasing beginning from the parents up to the children. For instance, the father was the one given the responsibility of being the provider of the household (Steinberg, 2014). The provision, in this case, entailed things like food, shelter and clothing. In this family, it also emerged that the father was responsible for the security of the household, and also he was the one who acted as the head of the household in general. When it came to obedience, the father was the one given maximum respect and thus it was hard for any family member to deny orders from the father. He also played the role of being a role model to the family by doing what was right for the rest to follow his own example. The mother, on the other hand, was given various roles such as ensuring cleanliness in the family which is very vital in ensuring the family thrives well. The other role that the mother played was cooking for the family the food that had already been provided for by the father.

The mother in that family also played the role of taking care of the two children the family had .The exercise involved ensuring the children are satisfied in all that they need and that they were well fed .Proper feeding in the family was highly encouraged for the family understood the essence of having healthy children by protecting them from what would

lead to the infections especially those that are related to malnutrition. The mother was also given the responsibility of taking care of the property that was owned by the family as she was not much busy because she had been married as a house wife an indication that she spent her most of the time around the compound owned by the family. The children also were not left out without being given the responsibility. For instance, they were due to the obligation of helping the parents with the house chores such as cleaning the compound and washing of utensils. The reason as to why the children were subjected to this kind of roles is to enable them stay occupied and prepare them to become responsible people in future. It was also a way of ensuring that the children got to exercise their bodies as they perform those tasks given unto them. Another role that was given to the children was watering the trees that had been planted in the compound before they could be allowed and play with the rest of the children outside, an act that the family considered right for their children (Speck & Riggs, 2016).

The family had some of the things that according to my knowledge could be termed as unique thus acting as the distinguishing feature for the family .For instance, unlike most of the families that I had interacted with before; this family was organized especially regarding duty allocation. Duties in this family were stipulated well, and neither crash of functions nor negligence of the responsibilities was ever witnessed in the family. The other significant strength for the family was

that it had respect for each other. This is witnessed in the family love that was shared in the family and previously there were not reported cases of disrespect especially from the children since they had been brought up with good morals that helped shape their character. The other unique feature is that the family was hardworking .In every role each was given the responsibly of undertaking it. For instance, the father worked hard to ensure that the members of the family got what they did not have regarding basic needs to a point that he was able to win the heart of his own family via the they way he played the role. The uniqueness of this family can be said to have been the secret behind its success as a family. They therefore, act as the pillars of the family without which the family could not be progressing the way it is doing today (Walsh, 2015).

The stressors of the family in the context that I was able to realize were influential. For instance, the family frequently encountered situations whereby some of the family members got sick, and yet they lacked proper medical cover which would cater for these emergencies. The challenge has stressed the father as the head of the family, but he is looking for a solution which yet to be realized. Another stressor of the household is the noise and pollution from the neighboring factories which pollutes environment thus making it hard for the family to be in real environment due to noise and the choking smell from the neighborhood. It is also assumed that most of the medical complications faced

by the members of the family were as a result of this pollution ( Kaakinen et al 2014). Another stressor for the family is the issue of security especially from the neighborhood which makes it a mandate for the members of the family to be at home in time so as to avoid an encounter with those gangs during the night.

The parenting styles that were embraced by the family can be said to be good ones as they could be witnessed in the behavior and the code of conduct of the children. The begging of the interview, the children remained quite unless they were requested to talk. Also, they were full of courtesy since they welcomed me warmly. They were responsible in the way they conducted their work as they had been allocated by their own mother. Another style of parenting that the mother had taught his children to be hard working by being their role model in the way she used to her chores with much zeal. The above good parenting styles were good, and the need to embrace the changes was inevitable ( Steinberg, 2014). The mother as perceived in that family can be said to be responsible, and a person who always wanted to gave the best she could to her family and more so the parenting styles that she thought were best for them.

Therefore, as witnessed in the above family unit, the various determiners of how a family can perform better are essential in building moral behaviors. It is via these morals that good families in which all members feel accepted and belonging to can be realized.
