The inability to solve crisis makes an individual have negative attributes associated with the stage of development. Young adults, for instance, have the challenge of choosing between intimacy and isolation. When they are unable to over the challenges, develop a mechanism and are likely to lead less meaningful lives. A young adult will tend to be social and hence will develop intimate relationships to those around them. Inability to develop such relationships makes the stressed. Anger resulting from the inability to develop meaningful relationships successfully makes them frustrated. They, therefore, may tend to be deviant and will show behaviors that defend and protect their personalities.

The development of the human personality depends on the three different but related processes. The biological development, psychosocial development, and environment all play a role in shaping the personality of an individual (Kearns, 2012). The biological development of an individual, for instance, plays an important role in gender attribution and the roles an individual takes. Individuals born biologically men are likely to develop the male gender while those biological women will choose the female gender. They will then take roles depending on their gender and form a basis within which members of the society evaluate them in their attempt to overcome the different psychosexual stages. Psychosocial development, on the other hand, results from the ways an individual interacts and perceives the world. The individual in the process of growth must solve psychological problems in different contexts to lead better lives (Neeraja, 2011). Personality attributes will, therefore, develop and emerge from a person’s ability or inability to solve

psychological crisis present in different stages of development. The attributes an individual develops by overcoming the different challenges in different developmental stages are always helpful in shaping individuals attitudes and preparing him or her in overcoming other stages and conflicts in the society. They together with the context determine an individual’s personality and ability to adapt to environmental changes.

Tara Gregson shows concern for others and is outspoken in the first episode of the TV series. She openly talks about others against harming innocent civilians. She is concerned that there is no need to harm others and can be considered social and brave from the way she reacts and replies to other during conversations. Her confidence is a product of her interaction with other individuals in the movie and the challenges she faces throughout the movie.

She can multitask like a mother and wife and easily shows concern for others. Her distaste for an unconventional way of life is a reflection of virtues she has accumulated for a long time. She approaches issues consciously to suppress her super ego. Rationality is evident in the decisions they make. She tries to find ways if curing her disease although she knows that she suffers from the associative identity disorder. In this case, she portrays herself as a person who loves life and able to face and overcome challenges.

She manages to live well with her husband. The good relationships she develops with her children and husband, who form her main support network, show her outspokenness and social nature. Her caring nature is evident when she worries about her children and husband. She, for instance, is worried about her daughter Kate.

She wants her family members to open up to talk about everything that affects them. She wants Kate to talk about herself. She believes in the ability to solve issues through openness. She wants things done, and issues solved through unity and openness. She developed the personality as a combination of both psychological development and environment within which she was brought up. Individuals will learn a lot of issues through experience. She may have learned a lot in life by overcoming the crisis in different developmental stages on the importance of opening up in solving personal issues. She applies her personal strategies in dealing with challenges that arise as she brings up children within the context of the family.

Tara develops relationships with different people within the first episode. She rarely gets into trouble with others and approaches them careful to ensure she does not become the cause of troubles. She is courageous to find ways through which he will cure her disorder. The family serves as an important ant network that helps to bring out her personality as not only friendly but concerned parent ready to offer assistance to her children.
The worry that Tara develops shows her inability to overcome fears about her disorder and the challenges that her children are likely to face. Ashe needs social support and assurance that all that happens is well. She is likely to develop assurance through a series of stages through which she overcomes obstacles in her thinking. Successfully overcoming the challenges and overcoming her worries will show her abilities to deal with and manage stress, having successfully managed and lived through different developmental stages, she is also

likely to guide her children success which in the long run will reduce her worries. Her personality results from her interaction with family members and the disorder that affects her thinking processes.
