Strengths
路 I have acquired bachelor degree c in physical therapy.
路 Currently pursuing master鈥檚 degree in healthcare administration.
路 I have innovate and creative skills.
路 Clear and good communication skills.
路 I am excellent in interacting with people.
路 I have fresh skills and knowledge from college.
路 I easily interact with people from other societies.
Weaknesses
路 I easily get bored by in doing a task more than once.
路 I lack competent skills and experience in computer packages.
路 I have difficulties in dealing with rebellious people.
路 Sometimes I am over ambitious.
路 I remain nervous over small issues.
Opportunities
路 I am able to face new challenges in public health sector.
路 There are few chances of developing chaos in my presence.

With my strengths, I can engage in middle class healthcare organizations particularly in performing healthcare administrative duties. The organization should be able to accommodate fresh graduates who are continuing with their studies as they learn the workforce ethics. With my strong ability to interact with diverse people, enable me to work in an organization with different people irrespective of gender, age or race. However, due to my poor computer skills and experience, it may take time for me to learn
To improve on my weakness, I need to attend sensitization and training program
to fit in the job market. In addition, I may also require to work voluntary as an intern to acquire skills in various management activities. Regarding the computer skills, I am planning to join computer colleges to be trained on some basics.
