the museum are undoubtedly valuable, possibly worth billions if sold. However, what truly captivated me were the Costumes of our "stakeouts" which I couldn't resist trying on. As I walked around and observed, I couldn't help but continuously take pictures, as I am quite vain when it comes to capturing moments of myself. The museum itself is enormous, spanning multiple floors, making it necessary to spend at least an hour to see all the displayed materials and items. Some ethnographic pieces are now showcased in their respective galleries within the museum. These galleries present various ethnological groups and highlight important cultural differences of Filipinos through detailed descriptions accompanying the displays. It is an incredible experience to witness these artifacts that originated from our ancestors, as a Filipino, it fills me with overwhelming pride to have access to such high-quality historical artifacts. After exploring all the exhibits, we made our way out of the museum and headed to SMS Manila for a meal and to relax before going home. We had snacks there before continuing our adventure at Quantum, playing video games and singing songs. Eventually, we all agreed it was time to go home and rest.I ride a Jeep from SMS Manila to Medical, and then I take another Jeep called "Ball-Silica" to our house. Beforehand, some experienced individuals examine the things that are now being studied. There are people who collect pieces of information from various sources and assemble them to establish connections or similarities between others. Anthropologists play a crucial role in getting to know unfamiliar cultures as they specialize in studying the past and excavating ancient remains or artifacts left by people

who lived in a particular location many years ago. Anthropologists focus on studying different populations worldwide, not just those nearby or in a limited area. Their work encompasses not only fossils but also contemporary cultures. Paleontology or paleontology is the scientific discipline dedicated to examining life forms from ancient times. This field investigates fossils to understand the development and interactions of organisms and their environments. According to the tour guide, paleontologists utilize not only fossil records but also geological information, and they take an interest in the behavior and evolution of animals, particularly our closest relatives. In the museum displays, you will find descriptions under the fossils explaining what is being exhibited.

Archaeology, the study of human activity in the past, is conducted by archaeologists who recover and analyze material culture and environmental data left behind by previous civilizations. This includes artifacts, architecture, bio-facts, and cultural landscapes, collectively known as the archaeological record. The field of archaeology combines scientific methods with humanities, as it employs various procedures to investigate and understand the past.

Exploring the museum has provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the story behind each object displayed. Filipinos have a rich ancient history, which is a source of pride for many. Our culture reflects the resilience of our ancestors who faced numerous challenges and overcame obstacles. Despite some Filipinos not receiving recognition from others, their contributions in returning items that rightfully belong to our country and establishing our national identity are overwhelming.

The artifacts, paintings, and structures found in museums serve as evidence of the vibrant lives Filipinos led in the past. Through these glimpses into history, I have also learned

about the recognition bestowed upon Filipinos.

I have also discovered that fossils are the preserved remains or traces of animals, plants, and other organisms from the past. The entire collection of fossils, including both known and undiscovered rock formations and sedimentary layers, is referred to as the fossil record.

In the distant past, experts unearthed numerous artifacts in various locations in the Philippines, such as "playboy" and "bang," along with other items that symbolize the advancements in our ancestral living systems. I am delighted to have the opportunity to witness and catch a glimpse of our ancestors' traces. While not all of the materials used by our ancestors are still intact, we can still form an understanding of their way of life through what remains.
