They should be allowed to make decisions about their lives without the interference of their parents or teachers, as long as they adjust the law accordingly. o form personalities. They need to make decisions. Mistakes are unavoidable but children have to learn from their mistakes in order not to make the same again. Just telling children about mistakes will bring about no result.

find a way to make their own decisions that is most suitable and they are the ones who will take the responsibility. In addition, the lives of adults are far different from children’s. Children can only refer to adult’s advice, but they will make their own life. Let me give an example: In Vietnam families tend to tell their children which university they will choose for tertiary education, regardless of their passion or strengths. The observable fact is when they become a freshman they will lose their interests in learning, easily get tired and then they drop out from the university.

Meanwhile those who have chosen the university that they really like will study better and have subsequent success. Even some take a gap year before attending university to gain knowledge and experience (taking a gap year isn’t well approved in Vietnam). In conclusion, I think that children over 15 should be allowed to make decisions about their lives without their parents or teachers because they mature at a younger age these days. Their self-awareness has been growing. If they don’t try anything that violates the law, they should be given room to lead their lives.
