SWOT analysis
Strength
- First, Huawei's strength lies in their ability to acquire supplies and technology from highly reputable companies. This enables Huawei to achieve higher qualifications and status.
The wise man in the company offers guidance and plans for new employees, ensuring they receive observation and support. This fosters the development of self-discipline and self-motivation, both vital for their ongoing success within the company. By acquiring these qualities, new employees grasp a definitive understanding of the company's expectations and can swiftly assimilate into their respective roles.
Huawei Company in Bangladesh has made remarkable advancements in enhancing its company's status and progress. By prioritizing employee productivity, the staff can strive towards achieving established objectives. Despite starting from humble origins, they have stayed determined to reach greatness and provide outstanding outcomes. Their optimistic outlook motivates them to accomplish their goals.
Initially, they analyzed the desirable qualities that a competent Human Resource (HR) should possess and then proceeded to create their own HR system through thorough study and development. They now have a well-established training and performance evaluation system in place. The dedication and determination exhibited by Huawei employees, like the worker from Huawei Bangladesh, enable the company to achieve ambitious goals. Additionally, Huawei Bangladesh fosters a positive work culture, which includes timely payment of salaries and opportunities for employees to enhance their skills through training programs.
Failings
Huawei's failings include failing to properly organize the company's construction, resulting in the hiring of an excessive number of new employees and subsequent high labor costs. For example, in the logistic section, only 50 employees are needed. However, having more employees than necessary leads to failures in the administration structure. Another failing of Huawei Company is that having too many employees results in the creation of new divisions or sections.
These disadvantages have a negative impact on the company's advancement, such as employees having a slower rate of sales activity.
Menace
Rumors are a threat that can affect the company's reputation. Examples of rumors include scams and false information spread by individuals claiming that foreign technology can disrupt networks and pose security threats. For example, in India, officials and ministers are protesting against Huawei's development in the country.
The main source of conflict and misunderstanding is the fear of an increase in foreign workers or Chinese employees dominating over Indian employees. In addition to this rumor, another threat emerged between 1973 and 2005, with a significant percentage of Carbon Emission contributing to global warming. This poses a danger to the Telecommunication Company. Huawei has actively participated in a green initiative as the excessive release of carbon emissions from networks has been causing the effects of global heating.
They developed several initiatives, such as a geothermic chilling system, to reduce Carbon Emission and contribute to the sustainability of internet usage. Without these initiatives, web availability would not be as we currently experience it. For instance, web usage would be prohibited due to its contribution to global warming effects, which would require all web companies to cease operations. In
addition, these initiatives enable users to access environmentally friendly connections, leading to significant energy and internet consumption savings for both customers and operators. Moreover, Huawei's participation in this campaign enhances their reputation as a green telecommunications company, attracting more suppliers and customers.
Opportunity
Huawei aims to increase its net income and client base through cooperation with select supplier companies. The company's objective is to promote the use of WiMAX (Worldwide Microwave Access Connection), which provides global internet connectivity. Huawei plans to achieve this by partnering with other operators to expand its WiMAX offerings. This strategy will not only enhance Huawei's profitability but also assist in managing labor and production costs related to device manufacturing and development. Consequently, Huawei expects a boost in productivity rates and employee recruitment, elevating the company's standing to new heights.
Cross SWOT analysis
Strength VS Opportunity
Having superior resources and technology, Huawei can support its growth and manage labor costs effectively, thereby leveraging a favorable position for developing high-tech devices.
With increased convergence, corporations are more inclined to unify and seek greater opportunities. This strength enables them to have better resources to support increased profits and attract clients.
Strength versus Threat
Despite having access to high-quality resources from renowned corporations, Huawei still faces threats such as global warming. This is due to the emission of carbon by devices worldwide. Having advanced technology means there could be more detrimental effects, for example, higher volumes of carbon emission from high-tech devices.
Huawei has the potential to address the issue of pollutants caused by devices and improve the situation. It is important to note that rumors can easily be dispelled, considering the quality and reputation of the company's suppliers. For instance, allegations made
by the Indian minister claiming that foreign devices are infected and unreliable can be refuted. The weaknesses of the company could affect its opportunities for growth and success. Failing to coordinate construction efforts may hinder their chances of enhancing their reputation and increasing profits. Additionally, an excessive number of employees could impede progress in their work.
If Huawei fails to organize their construction efficiently, they will risk losing both potential and inexperienced employees. This will result in providers and collaborating corporations losing faith and trust in Huawei, ultimately leading to the company's downfall.
Failings Vs. Threats
Having an excessive number of employees, as well as inexperienced ones, will create numerous problems for any company possessing these traits. In order to address threats such as high carbon emissions, company ruin, lack of resources, and potential employee attrition, Huawei must first overcome its weakness by streamlining its HR department and maintaining an appropriate number of employees to reduce labor costs. Without implementing the correct strategy or conducting research on reducing carbon emissions in the polluted air, Huawei's efforts will be futile.
If Huawei loses its experienced employees, the inexperienced employees will be unable to effectively handle jobs without support, resulting in a chaotic situation. Additionally, if Huawei cannot maintain its research and advanced supply chain, reduced carbon emissions will increase again and pollute the Earth. Without a cohesive group of employees, the company will not have a chance to sustain and improve its growth.

In an effort to accomplish my goals, I analyzed and educated others about Huawei and their services. I conducted a S.W.O.T analysis to provide readers with a clear understanding of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, along with their respective solutions. Due to competition and the risk of other companies gaining knowledge about their technologies and recent advancements, Huawei is unable to freely disclose certain information since they are a telecommunications company. As a result, my research is limited in terms of information and resources. However, I believe that if we all embrace Huawei's convergence concept, we can actively contribute to mitigating the impact of global warming.
By taking these actions, we are giving ourselves and the Earth the opportunity to heal and create a better living environment.
Huawei can increase its visibility through product advertising and promoting collaboration. As a result, individuals who prioritize environmental preservation would be more likely to choose Huawei and have confidence in its services because they are concerned about the effects of global warming. In addition, if more telecommunications providers choose Huawei as their main supplier, there would be fewer participants in the carbon emissions treaty, ultimately reducing the impacts of global warming.
