every judiciary system in every country should preserve capital punishment.

Capital punishment is what the society needs since it is only where we may claim that justice has been served well. Capital punishment is used to convict criminals who have committed murder, rape, treason, human trafficking among other serious crimes. One of the main crimes it seeks to justify is murder. the victim being the perpetrator, life becomes worthy. This is ironical of course since one who commits murder should also be vulnerable to death. The punishment therefore honors human dignity by treating the criminal as one able to control his own destiny from his acts.

Every nation should preserve capital punishment since it is gets rid of violent individuals from the society. This brings the feeling of safety in the society since crimes such as rape, robbery with violence and murder will minimize. Capital punishment also is a very harsh punishment that will of course bring fear to commit crimes. This brings about the logic that, the more severe the crime the more sever the punishment should be. If the justice system become reluctant in passing the capital punishment verdict, then they will be showing more sympathy to the criminals than the victims. This will be injustice and one that the victims can never forgive nor forget especially if it comes from the system they trusted with their pleas.

In addition, capital punishment should apply in any just society since it may serve as a tool in solving various problems that the government also faces. For instance, it may help reduce the number of people in the overcrowded prisons. It is true that prisons separate criminals from the general population for safety but it is also true that they should be rehabilitation centers. Prison for life leads to overcrowding and does not help the convict in transforming hence more expensive to the government. Getting rid of these dangerous criminals serves as the best way for the victims, the taxpayer and the government.

In conclusion and in my opinion,

capital punishment should be legalized and preserved in today’s world of crime. The advanced technology and modern civilization has led to many crimes which include even cybercrimes and terrorism. Terrorism has cost many innocent lives and therefore, it is an absolute truth that capital punishment serves as the best way to reduce these horrific crimes. With the acceptance of capital punishment in every country, criminals and the general public will fear the idea of committing crime. This will indeed be a step towards building a world that is just and human.
