Inclusive curriculum remains a top priority for the school management to ensure that all students regardless their special needs receive equal and quality education for their development. To achieve educational goals for teaching and learning while at the same time ensuring that all areas of diversity are included is very challenging. While advocating for inclusion in the support for the students, most schools or rather, universities encounter barriers such as community approvals. According to Graff & Stufft, (2011), some inclusive policies within the school may bring up racism and intolerance from the communities due to various stereotypes and biases. However, the school management has the responsibility to keep their mandate to the students in the midst of various controversial community issues. ultimate goal for the school. LGBTQ issue is more likely to create violence not only within the academic environment but also in the surrounding community. For instance, allowing the LGBTQ associations within the school can create public violence, and the school will be held accountable for the incidences not only by the law but also the parents as well.

To promote inclusion of such students while at the same time reducing violence and public uproar some of the issues to be considered include; educating all staff and the students on LGBTQ issues can be of help when general interaction both inside and outside the classroom is considered. Besides, the entire school community can be encouraged to embrace diversity and especially regarding sexual orientation. It is as well important for all the students, teachers and supporting staff to be educated on professional development in aspects related to the LGBTQ issue (Graff & Stufft, 2011). When the entire school community is involved within the inclusion plan then diversity implementation becomes possible.
