Education, equity, and empowerment are aiming at lifting the ego of the women in the society. Ladies around the world are mostly despised due to their inability to perform in numerous activities that men are involved. Through the project, I have used different methodologies to achieve goals of the research. Talking to the activists, reading through the articles, following the news, and carrying out surveys was an excellent way to achieve my goals in getting the information I am putting down. It has been a tough journey to reach the conclusions. The media has been so contradictory because in times it supports that women empowerment will be an added value to the running of the political, social and economic welfare of the society. The methodological approached is divided into document review and field visits. The examination of documents involved project and program documents. The field

visits will allow me to conduct different people and collect information from them.

priority issues.

In the efforts to promote the female gender and empower them, it is wise that they are educated. The time women are given the higher education and given entrance into the profession will enable the women to grow powerful and be able to work on their own. Significant numbers will be seen in leadership positions, and the women will grab financial posts in the economy and hence they will improve their social experience. The Eastern Europe have been involved in the socio-economic context to assess initiative to increased women’s participation in the politics and implementation of gender plans. Equality as measured through women’s ability to access employment, increase income security, gain education and professional qualifications and get full accesses to social facilities. Empowerment of women has ensured reduced human trafficking and reduced domestic violence.

In the field visits to the countries, women activists suggested that the essential foundation for gender equality cannot be found in externally driven policies, action plans or strategies. But it will take women’s employment, financial security, gaining political participation and support. In this case education, equality and empowerment of the women in the society are our primary concern of discussion.

Women political participation is the main key to success. The issue will focus on institutions rather than individuals. In the political societies where men are more known as leaders and are allowed to lead, women, in the same way, should be given chances of leadership. In this case, women empowerment is being recognized and promoted. The local authorities are best used to enable women to rule and practice administration. Training women for leadership have been a difficult task. But once the women

are trained for the leadership they give the best to the chairmanship of the society. The community should be prepared to lead in two different steps. Lead in the low levels with the women and the in the higher levels leadership should be done between men and females together. Once women are in the leadership, they can coordinate the all the activities that eliminate discrimination in the direction and bring openness in leadership as well as increasing equality among the people in the society. Though women have been mentioned as god participants in the issue of the direction and elimination of gender discrimination and promotion of equality, they have some challenges in their leadership like for example, they are faulty in their leadership in such a way that their posts are so weakly lead and loopholes are recognized in such positions that they are holding. Women involvement in the direction positions has empowered them to be seen in the society as well as eradicating g violence against women in the society as a whole (Paxton and Kunovich, 2003).

Women’s economic empowerment gives them successful integration across sectoral projects are they make them highly efficient. The economic participation of women has made them be among the most successful in the economy, and they promote economic success which is seen all over the country. In the economic empowerment, women have been working on improving the environment, building forests, and protecting natural resources. These activities are a primary source of employment for females as they can get the wood products and them for economic production. Once women are economically empowered, they can indulge in different activities including getting loans

for their improvement and supporting economic growth through investments. Involving women in the economic development, it is imperative to note that women once they are established and gain the popularity, they can talk for themselves and protect the rest of women from mistreatment. Women empowerment is a great task in which the women employees are intended to achieve. On the other hand, introducing women into economic progress is a challenge that moves along channels before it reaches success. The information transfer across administrative levels is a great challenge that gives the limited chances to the women in their endeavors to lead a successful economic activity. Educating women on the importance of economic growth from their side, it will be tough for them to take part in the economic participation. Women are good at giving their best in what they are doing, involvement in the economic build-up will call for the improved national economy. We have noted that discrimination has led to many women becoming house help and instead of the economy growing, the rate of dependency is increasing (Jaqutte and wholchik, 1998).

Gender biased violence which may include trafficking is a show of uneducated community. Once the community is educated about women rights and equality, it will be easy to treat them with respect and give them the required treatment. All the institutions in the country should work the way out to ensure that they abolish any acts of domestic violence and protect women from mistreatment. NGO has developed a way in which it will voice for the women in the society and give them the power to talk for themselves even when the things become

tough for them to bear. The group has been incorporated with the police to ensure that women are given the right treatment and in the case of any mistreatment, women are advised to report as soon as possible. After they are enlightened about the respect for the female gender, the women are trained in the camps so as to increase their knowledge about of their rights and improve their standard of understanding their rights. Domestic violence hotline was established in the past, but it had not been funded to work for the better of the woman but now they are in public, and they are implemented for use in case there is chaos in the families. NGO group and the UN have established these group so as to assist reduce the cases of women battering without apparent reasons and contribute to reducing domestic wrangles that may lead to violence that may lead women to danger. Before the execution of the punishment of the domestic violence, the case is considered from which side it had come. In some instances, men are being exposed to domestic violence, and hence they need protection also. In the education to teach women about equality and their empowerment, they are just intended to stay humble and avoid chaos. There is a challenge that is associated about empowering women and ignoring the men in the society. The problem is that men and women are both being trafficked. Women are mostly being trafficked for sex but now a day’s both men and women are being trafficked for sex and forced labor. There is a great connection between domestic violence and violence since all

of them are planned for the destruction of the other (Surtees, 2008).
Putting into work the national gender plans and strategies have helped increase equality among the sexes. The state bodies are trying to help them improve and achieve their external impacts. Education has been taught to all the members of the society according to the importance of gender equality. It is crucial because even women should help in payment of tax which is a burden laid on the men. While the strategies are being put in place, there are issues with the education about the equality. Many institutions of the state are teaching the gender equality and are not doing it the better way (Newman and Thornley, 1996).

Gender-disaggregated statistics have been taken, and they are difficult to believe if they are true. Many of the statics that is released as reported from many countries show that the results are supported by donors. The challenges are that the donor sponsored surveys are not useful and gender disaggregated statistics that are not integrated into the policy process are not effective. The plans made are most of the times biased towards the side of the women. Women are realized to have been over protected to extend of behaving in a suggestive manner that they can easily overtake the ruling. It is wise when the women are giving the power to rule and have a voice on their fields, hey should be limited by some binderies and stay safe for the sake of stabilizing the economy and the social life (Peterman et al. 2014).

To comment on the list of the resources used for the information. He documents utilized for

the bibliography on the issue of the gender-based project in the Eastern Europe have been considered and used appropriately. Due to this reason, it is advisable that the document that the reader finds for use, they should utilize them. It is also not much desirable that the users rely on the materials because they may fail them. The information from them is not so concrete. After the document review, the information from the field shows that all the people have the interest in promoting gender balance, but it might be a bit biased because many ladies were giving the information for their side to be supported. As we compare them to the written documents, there are some connections but other times. The surveys highlight that it is important to educate the women in the society. Women should also be treated on for them to be able to achieve the respect they deserve. Women were supporting the points of women empowerment and never failed to mention they are an important aspect of the growth of the economy and social welfare of everybody. Considering the survey for better results is important. Priority thematic cluster analysis shows that in a country where gender is well balanced, and all people gave their positions in the leadership, they will be able to make the country a better place to be. The field visit countries gave a very concrete information about the way women leadership and empowerment is imperative to the growth of the society. It is advisable from the statistics collected that all the people are given the relevant changes to their leadership abilities. Risk factor analysis shows that the

use of women for leadership will be grand the community a sense of peace once they are working under the direction of women. Women are a valuable tool.

From the body of the information, it is clear that women are an imperative part of the society. They should be respected and be given a chance in the society to lead and show their power. Even if they are not given the top leadership positions, it is advisable that they are trusted with the local level leadership positions. Education towards educating women on the relevance of their education will be very crucial in the society today. It is also paramount if women are involved in the economic development of the country. Women will always be the backbone of the economy. Instead of living them in the house and take them as the home help, women should be refurbished with the ability to run the economy. It can be assured through giving loans for them to establish themselves. Gender-based violence has been a threat to both men and women. Women are being trafficked for sex and labor, and on the other hand, people are being trafficked for extended time. It is wise to teach women about the rights through exposing them to leadership. When women are in power, they will do all it takes to fight the violence against their fellow women, and they will be glad to protect men from forced labor. Then there is an issue of gender disintegration. If all the men and women are granted the same chances in the community, the community will see the light as actions of people together with those

of women will lead to a fulfilling leadership.
