This will have an overall effect of enabling my hospital to treat patient quickly and more efficiently based on their past medical history. In addition to this speed will be enhanced by directly tying the electronic media records to the billing depart. This will enable everything, including treatment, billing and drug administration to be done at a single desk.

on educating doctors. Bearing in mind that a high capital cost may be required. I will use the revenue generated from my hospital, in addition to asking funding from both the government and NGO’s. The university will be equipped with state of the art labs and classrooms that will major on emerging and chronic diseases, ensuring that doctors who come out from them are fully trained. The university and hospital will work hand in hand, ensuring are practically trained in the hospital. By opening the university, physician shortage both in my hospital and in the US at large will have been reduced and consequently good medical care will have been adhered to. Lastly by having a hospital, a doctors training university and by doing research, 15 years from now I will have made major strides and positively contributed towards better medical care in the country.
