What is Low Self Monitors?

As a result, they can take risks without being overly worried about what other people think of them or how they will be judged by society at large. Additionally, low self-monitors have been found to possess better mental health outcomes than high self-monitors because they focus more on long term goals rather than trying to please others in order gain short term gratification or validation. This allows them maintain healthier relationships with themselves and others over time despite inevitable hardships that life throws at them because they trust themselves enough make choices based off of personal value systems instead of seeking outside approval before taking action or making decisions regarding important matters.. In conclusion while it has its set of drawbacks such as difficulty fitting into group settings; overall being a low self monitor has many advantages such as increased creativity and innovation potential along with improved mental health outcomes due its capacity for independent decision making based off personal values instead of relying on external sources for guidance or approval .
