What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a common mental health issue that affects many people. It is characterized by excessive worrying, fear, and uneasiness about future events or circumstances. It’s important to remember that everyone experiences anxiety differently and there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to its management.
