Nursing leadership is affected by the societal trends. Many nurses need to be trained and should be involved in the decision process since they are the prolific contributors in the decision-making process concerning the health relate issues. To improve the patient's health, there is the need to trained more workers to meet the growing technology and the trends in the research process.

Technology keeps on changing the skills and consumers demands. The nurses should advance their education so that they can cope up with the new trends in the society and

Due to the changing society in different perspective, nursing also get affected since society is a nursing complement. the nursing department and the learning institution should respond to this changes by complying with the demands. They should further their education and get to be updated with the current issues affecting the society.
