These agencies across the United States undertake assessment, protection and assure the communities of good health. In a bid to attain that, the agencies partner and co-ordinate in order to ensure that the public can access enough health services. The health organizations have specifically undertaken this measure in a bid to reduce the levels of injury, sickness and other health complications (Israel et-al 1998). In order to meet the community health obligations, the agencies use different mechanisms. The agencies work to foster large number of policy guided approaches whose main aim is to ensure promotion and improvement of the health standards via collection, close monitoring and provision of information regarding the health situation in a community as well as the likelihood of occurrence of an infection by providing direct services and community education. Additionally, the agencies provide technical or financial assistance in order to cater for health situations in different communities (Israel et-al 1998). that the public health organizations use in order to attain their objectives. Generally, the agencies assess the health condition of the community, the various changes in the state of health and eventually perform an analysis of the factors that are likely to have led to the poor health standards. Once this is done, interventions are then done by coming up with the correct policies and assuring high quality preventive measures (Israel et-al 1998).
Some of these agencies publish peer-reviewed journals which are eventually assembled in the American Journal of Public health. A good example of such an organization is the American Public health association which is estimated to publish health books which exceed 70 copies. As a result, they serve to contribute to the existing literature and some of the materials are used for reference purposes in public health. I would be very willing to work with one of the organizations since they will offer me a perfect opportunity to put my skills into use, gather experience and most importantly help in improving the community health standards at the grassroots level.

I identified an article entitled “Elevated Blood Lead Levels in Children Associated With the Flint Drinking Water Crisis: A Spatial Analysis of Risk and Public Health Response” from the American Journals of Public Health. This article is well-researched and comprehensively covers the title under research hence provides reliable feedback which meets the research objectives. The results of the research associated with this publication have had substantial help to health experts who seek to handle cases of children with elevated blood lead levels. It explores reasons and causes of the infection and the possible remedies. Therefore, this

article has a very significant contribution to matters of public health since child care is a very integral part in the development of a healthy adult.
