I recently purchased one of your umbrellas and was unhappy with the quality of the product. Shortly after I stepped outside, the umbrella began leaking, and it then ripped as a result of the wind. I unfortunately ended up pretty soaked by the time I got home! I’m not interested in getting a replacement umbrella; I was hoping I could get a full refund on my purchase. Please let me know how this can be arranged.
