The system design database will recognize additional requirements for new students (Birth Certificate, Good Moral Character, and Form 138) through checkboxes. One of the proponents' specific objectives is to improve the computer literacy of the NSI community, so the system design allows for four user accounts: Administrator, Registrar, Accounting, and Student. The student user account is limited to adding records of enrolled students to act as a registration process for enrollment.

The Accounting Department is responsible for managing student payments, but the Administrator user account has access to all features of the proposed design system. The design includes managing student records, specifically their chosen mode of payment. The proposed system can verify and update student payments.

• Included also in the design Automated Enrollment System is the evaluation of the grades of students.
• This may determine by the output of their final grade. Final Grade would be the variable for the student to advance to the next year level.

The organization will improve its work performance by adopting a technological innovation in the form of an application program database. This system will handle the flows and problems currently faced by the organization. The proposed design will also be helpful in maintaining student

data through the registrar's office, eliminating the need for manual data gathering. NSI can conveniently check the database for any necessary records.
