users do believe if they were to visit a long haul destination they'd use a travel agency as they can advice you on the best place for your money and give you all the details they know about the destination.

Other advantages of operators include: Faster preparations and less work for you, lower costs when you use a tour, they can put a whole diverse package together that makes sense, you have someone to blame if trip does not work out and sometimes you can get partial refund, travel agent works with all your likes and dislikes and plans accordingly, easier to get insurance, notification of all travel deals. With disadvantages being: Higher cost, and sometimes they can talk you Into what they want you to book.

Therefore In conclusion the future of travel agencies and operators re still unclear, however statistically more travelers are booking online which could possible rise in the future, as It Is clear with my research that the older generation are more likely to book through operators then online, due to lack of computer knowledge, also being that they don't trust online companies.
