Freedom and equal rights are found in the Bill of Rights which is a very necessary document that contains lots of precious freedoms that are the basis of American society. In my opinion, one of the most significant privileges accessible to Americans is the freedom of religion. Throughout the olden times, lots of people have left their mother countries as a result of maltreatment for believing in what they regard as right. Some individuals have even paid the eventual price with their lives. Some of the initial settlers emigrate from their countries as a result of religious beliefs that are cast off in their country of origin. For some thousand years, citizens have believed that there is more to life as compared to significant attributes. For instance, the Romans adored Jupiter; the Greeks adored Zeus, the Mayas adored the sun, and much more others believe in different things. The founding fathers understood how important religion is and as a result initiated the bill of rights. The freedom of religion encompasses a component that the government cannot prohibit which is the lack of restrictions to believe.

I feel confident to conclude that there is the need for all citizens to adhere to the freedom of religion whether in the highest ranks or the most minority groups. I also feel that the government can put a boundary on the freedom of speech as well as other freedoms included in the bill of rights but should not take away citizens right to believe.
