DEFINING EUTHANASIA

Euthanasia, a Greek work meaning ‘Good Death’, refers to the fulfilment of intentionally ending a human life to relieve them of pain and suffering. The decision to apply euthanasia is mainly made by the person suffering in agony, but in some cases the decision is made by family members that can’t stand watching them in pain.
