When a disaster is impending, surplus goods should be exported to a secure location outside the island.

To ensure efficient deployment of resources after an event, logistic plans need to be in place. Evaluating the necessary resources and actions for decision implementation in an organization is crucial for improving Kava's infrastructure. Proposed solutions should also be provided. Once the plans are gathered, a secure location above sea level needs to be identified as a base of operations that can withstand hurricane force winds.

The One Stop Super Center needs a facility that can operate during long power outages and has a 24/7 customer service call center. It would be beneficial for Kava to establish a location and build a disaster-resistant building, which could also serve as an emergency shelter for citizens and tourists.
