In observing their parents' behaviors regarding health practices, nutrition, activities, roles, and reproductive patterns, children tend to imitate them. Play plays a critical role in promoting children's holistic development as it facilitates communication, skill-building, and emotional expression. Furthermore, regardless of their age group, children typically display a preference for fatty foods, sweets, and sugary beverages.
