Background of the Study
As technology evolves, companies are also upgrading their strategies. This includes advancements in computer systems, which play a crucial role in delivering quality services to communities.
Utilizing this technology brings several benefits to our engineering work and helps us create captivating projects for our community. In today's society, having a technology that fulfills individuals' desires is crucial and frequently necessary.
It is used for various purposes. An example is the Registration System for schools and colleges. At Muntinlupa Business High School, the registration process is done manually each year.
Teachers manually sort pupils into different subdivisions based on their class. This is because there are no automated or computerized methods available. School records are typically stored on paper, such as logbooks, which can easily be torn or lost. Acc
...essing agendas is challenging as pupils have to travel to the school just to see them. This requires a lot of energy, especially when considering the high temperature and intense heat of the Sun.
A good Registration System will handle this task, functioning as the solution for most schools today. The study aims to develop a Registration System for Muntinlupa Business High School to streamline the registration process. Specific objectives include planning a system with specific characteristics, constructing the system as designed, testing and improving the system, and evaluating its performance. The study focuses on developing the registration process at Muntinlupa Business High School, storing new enrolled students and organizing old students by sections. The system is limited to use only by Muntinlupa Business High School, and only the administrator has permission to add, update, or delete information. The purpose of this study is
to search for and access a new student's information. The user can only view the information without any additional actions required. This study is significant because many transactions nowadays are automated or computerized, allowing for faster processing compared to manual transactions.
Teachers can benefit from automated registration systems as it reduces the amount of effort required on their part. Additionally, students will have the convenience of viewing their schedules online.
Principal. The principal can quickly see the registration position in the school. Future Researchers. This study will be beneficial for future researchers as it can serve as a foundation and guide for future related studies.

Registration System
Registration System is a good example of a computer-generated process.
This can reduce the amount of work and provide accurate information required by the school, benefiting both the students and the school administration. According to Henry Montero (2011), registration is the process of entering and verifying student data for enrollment in a specific school.
The Enrollment System (ES) is composed of various interconnected procedures that make up the registration process. ES is primarily used for entering and retrieving student information. Additionally, ES includes a feature for tracking student information, allowing the school to monitor a student's status.
In a feasibility study titled "A Proposed Computerized Enrollment System for PamantasanngLungsodng Valenzuela" conducted by Charlene G. Bulao et. Al, verifying payment was also included in the updates or shopping of student Billingss.
The casestudy describes the school's registration process as time-consuming, with an abundance of student records and a sluggish retrieval process for those records. This issue is similar to the problem mentioned in
the manual registration system at Canumay National High School.
Both the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela (PLV) and the other survey aim to create a system that reduces redundancy in pupil information, saves time in the enrollment process, and allows for quick retrieval of pupil records. The only difference is that PLV requires payment for tuition fees, according to Aquino (2005).
The significance of computer application is growing day by day. In recent decades of the millennium, successful organizations are those that are willing to integrate business strategy and computer information technology in their respective trades. The use of computer information technology leads to faster product development and decision-making, as well as the ability to have flexible organizational structures and cope with the demanding workforce and external environment through the rapid development of advanced approaches.
The utilization of information systems confirms the company’s mission and vision. Nowadays, schools use information systems to implement a registration system, which results in attracting more enrollees and increasing income. Enrollees are attracted because the usage of the said system makes transactions faster and easier.
Conceptual Model of the Study

Chapter III Methodology
Requirements Specifications and Analysis
Interview, survey, observation, and sampling are commonly used tools in information gathering. These methods are important for data collection and estimating characteristics of a population. Another tool is the Design Data Flow Diagram, which visually represents the flow of data through an information system.
The procedure facets of a system can be patterned by utilizing a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). DFDs are often used as a preliminary measure to provide an overview of the system, which can then be further developed. Additionally, DFDs can be utilized for visualizing data processing during structured design.

Requirements Analysis. In this stage. the demands of the proposed system are collected by analysing the demands of the users.
The focus of this stage is the establishment of the required actions for the ideal system. Nevertheless, it does not determine the design or construction of the software. Typically, users are interviewed and a document called the user requirements document is created. The user requirements document usually describes the system's functions.
Physical interface, public presentation, information security demands, and other factors are all aspects that are
of concern to analysts when conveying their understanding of the system back to the users.
The users carefully review this document as it serves as the reference for the system designers during the system design stage. The user acceptance tests are conducted in this stage called System Design. The stakeholders will analyze and comprehend the requirements of the proposed system by examining the user requirement documents. The stakeholders will determine the feasible options and approaches for implementing the user requirements.
If any of the demands cannot be executed, the user is notified. A declaration is located and the user's demand papers are edited accordingly. The package specification papers, which act as a design for the development stage, are created. The papers for system proving are also prepared during this stage.
System development consists of several stages, including codification and unit testing. Unit testing aims to verify that each unit meets its specifications. Subsequently, system testing is performed to assess the entire system or specific plans in order to ensure that all package requirements have been satisfied. Ultimately, system deployment occurs.
Guaranteeing the computer or system is delivered, installed, and ready to operate.
System Maintenance refers to the process of addressing errors that were overlooked in previous stages of the life cycle, enhancing system performance, and implementing upgrades such as performance or functional improvements (e.g.,).
. The longest phase in the software life cycle is when the user may request new features or alterations to accommodate changes in the software's external environment, such as a new operating system.
