In every discourse community there are different prospects and models of communication that are used within this individual system. It is therefore, important to understand the underlying aspects of an individual that can be identified and understand within different systems accordingly. It is essential to assess the community and look for all the communication and values that are unique to the discourse community thereby creating a proper understanding of the pertinent principles needed in the systems. As a wildlife rehabilitator one is expected to perform different roles in conjunction with other communities and models that have been identified accordingly. It is therefore, essential to look for the best method or models of communication that are aimed at creating a proper communication and interaction process with the members in the community. Since a wildlife rehabilitator has to connect and work with different groups, the communication process or discourse needs to be tailored to meet all these models and goals as identified in the individual systems. Discourse community ethnography is therefore, a critical dynamic process that needs to be understood before engaging with different members of the community. This paper aims to assess how the wildlife community overlaps with other different communities in the system and how it affects the functioning and communication within the discourse.

As a wildlife rehabilitator one of the communities that one has to develop a proper communication process and model with is the people within the wildlife service. The discourse that is relevant to the individuals in the wildlife service where one is tasked with w

orking needs to be the first discourse that one needs to understand and develop important models of communication(Rogers, 2011). A wildlife rehabilitator has a series of functions that all require the communication processes and connection among members of the larger wildlife body. Feeding, record keeping, accounting, answering phones and cleaning cages are some of the duties that a wildlife rehabilitator has to fulfil at the workplace. These roles require proper communication and coordination with other members of staff. Since the members of staff are most professionals and highly trained, it is important to address them professional and create a good rapport with each member. Coordination means that individuals need to respect each other and develop methods that are aimed at increasing the level of controls and developing proper structures at the workplace. It is therefore, essential to ensure that the models used meet individual models and create a working structure that matches the models developed. Depending on individual controls and models developed it is important to ensure that all the workers have a similar mind-set and one keeps in line with the models developed. There are changes needed making it essential to develop working structures that are easily identifiable and created within individual models accordingly. One therefore, needs to immerse themselves within the team and look to ensure team work and best development goals that can be used in the systems accordingly(Rogers, 2011). There are changes that can be used and a working process needs to be adopted with the set rules and procedures being observed to the letter. Leadership roles and taking

ones place within the team very seriously is also critical in developing communication processes. There are differences in the roles and duties that are given among members but one needs to take their role seriously and develop models that meet the individual models accordingly. One needs to take the rules of the team and the group seriously to stay in line with the discourse community values and attributes that are expected of every member.

The National Wildlife Service liaise with the State and Federal governments on issues and aspects of wildlife. A wildlife rehabilitator is experienced and has the proper qualifications necessary to make observations and develop reports for other groups. The connection with the other arms of government creates an overlap with the Wildlife service that is the main discourse of a wildlife rehabilitator. It is therefore, essential to ensure that the models that are adopted within the systems developed meet the requirements and models that have been ascertained accordingly. Addressing the members of the government as officials or leaders in the communication models used is pertinent. As opposed with the discourse discussed above where there are colleagues and friends, officials from the government are officially addressed (Rogers, 2011). One therefore needs to understand their questions and issues very clearly before responding or giving unsubstantiated evidence. Most of the interactions are official therefore, there are either documents to be signed, recordings or witnesses present. One therefore needs to ensure that the issues that have been identified are relevant and within their jurisdiction in wildlife. Consultation with the other members of the group on these issues is imperative to understand all the facts that have been presented before making any decisions or giving information. The coordination and determination of different aspects and understanding of the group is essential in giving the best form of understanding on these systems accordingly. The arms of government are an overlapping arm that needs to be addressed professionally if there is any chance of creating a good approach or model that identifies with the individual qualities and aspects that have been identified in these systems accordingly.

The members of the surrounding community and people in the region is also one of the overlapping discourses that needs to be addressed and met with a very cautious communication method. The community members need to be educated and given information on the different animals and methods of guarding themselves from any forms of attack. People in the surrounding areas where one may be stationed have a responsibility to the wildlife as a large community model(Coulthard and Coulthard, 2014). It is therefore, essential to have a single approach that can be derived and creatively developed to gain the best models and attributes that are needed in the society. When addressing the public, it is important to engage and build forums within that can help in understanding wildlife better. Every community needs to have a good structure that is developed on models of control and gives individuals the best tools that are meant to increase the societal structure accordingly. It is therefore, essential to ensure that the systems that are developed meet
