Yesterday was a great a busy day for me. I spent the entire day working on my interview with a financial analyst Mr Kinsley who works with the World Bank. The interview was conducted in Chicago at a local restaurant. I first met Mr Kinsley back then in the year 2014 when we were registering our investment group in Chicago. He too had come to register his own company that he said started from a humble background with three directors back in the year 1995.At the time we met I explained to him about our investment group and he was happy because he recognized me and my friends as young and hungry people. We then exchanged phone contacts then we always kept communicating. It was then that we agreed to meet for an interview wh

Mr Kinsley arrived at 11 am in a sharply dressed green suit, carrying a newspaper in his left hand. What does it take for one to be a financial analyst? Was my second question. He smiled and then said that; it was not hard to be one, provided you work hard and aim at the results. He said that if somebody is at the undergraduate level, one should study business courses like economics, maths and accounting (Hamilton 10).He added that other subjects favourable to the career includes; computer science, not forgetting engineering.

Is the monetary policy, effective in our country currently? I remembers him looking at the watch after asking this question then I knew he must be late for another appointment, since we only had 30 minutes for the interview which was almost over. He said that the economy so far is operating well though we have some shortcomings in relation to monetary policy. He added that bank rate, liquidity ratio and OMO policies are one which are most effective currently (Woodford 468).
The interview then ended at around 11:40 am and we agreed to meet for other interviews
