The paper primarily discusses the relationship between the community and police officers, emphasizing how they should interact to foster a rapport. It highlights that a positive connection is crucial for enhancing security and ensuring overall safety.

In accordance with this paper, I firmly believe that fostering a positive relationship between law enforcement officers and the community is essential for promoting work ethics (Brogden & Nijhar, 2013). efforts. Furthermore, by fostering cooperation between the police and the community, gang activities can be effectively minimized by facilitating information sharing and revealing crime incidents within society (Brogden & Nijhar, 2013).

This good relationship in view will attract nongovernmental service providers the media and other bodies in assisting the communities in maintaining law and order. Security is necessary in every society and therefore there is need to promote it by all means. This community policing also promotes good morals in the society since those with hidden agendas are exposed making them shy from the criminal actions. My position is that police patrols in the communities will be fully enhanced since the police will feel free to patrol the communities (Brogden & Nijhar, 2013).

Respect and responsibility are essential in society, ensuring that law and order are established within the community.
