Introduction
The focus of this study is on the automated enrolment system for "Fruitful Harvest Christian Preschool", which is a privately owned and managed school. Currently, the school's enrolment system is done manually. Fruitful Harvest Christian Preschool was established in 2008 and can be found in Bray, Mat-I, Surreal City. The school serves children aged 3-6 years old. Aside from academic lessons, the school also provides spiritual classes that aim to uplift the residents of Mat-I by offering high-quality training that emphasizes spiritual, moral, and educational values.
After conducting random interviews on the school premises, it was discovered that the manual enrolment system at Fruitful Harvest Christian Preschool was slow and difficult to manage. This was primarily due to a lack of knowledgeable faculty members who could handle the large number of manual files, records, and folders. However, with
...the implementation of an automated enrolment system, those in charge of enrolment now have a hassle-free solution. The new system efficiently handles numerous enrollees and runs much faster than the previous manual system, making it the fastest approach to enrolment.
Specific problems encountered during their enrolment process by Fruitful Harvest Christian Preschool are as follows:
The study is centered around the creation of an Automated Enrolment System for the Fruitful Harvest Christian Preschool of Mat-I, Surging City. Currently, the enrolment process is manual and sluggish, resulting in delays. Moreover, there is a considerable chance of misplacing or losing essential documents, forms, and files.
The automated enrolment system seeks to tackle these problems by offering a convenient enrolment procedure. This system not only greatly benefits the beneficiaries but also provides effective and efficient processes that streamline
the enrolment cycle.
The system allows for the storage and preservation of accurate information about the pupils. It also simplifies the tracking of necessary details for enrollment. To accomplish this, the proponent has identified specific objectives for the study. These include implementing an automated system to make the enrollment process faster and more convenient compared to manual systems. The developed system will greatly improve the management, storage, and retrieval of information, as well as provide efficient monitoring of records for Fruitful Harvest Christian Preschool. This study will also help keep pupils informed about entering the school by utilizing the automated enrollment system.
The study aims to create an Automated Enrolment System that will make it easier for parents to enroll their children. The system's conceptual framework will guide the proponent in designing and implementing it effectively, ensuring that it accurately captures the father's name of the enrollee and generates the required output.
Microsoft Access is required for the system to function. Once the inputs have been processed in Microsoft Access, output is generated. The outputs of the automated enrollment system include records, files, and documents of enrollees, as well as a list of officially enrolled pupils. To ensure a clear understanding of the study, the following terms were defined conceptually and operationally: Computer – a machine capable of following instructions to manipulate data, a programmable electronic device that can perform calculations and process information. Database.

Software can be divided into two categories: system utilities and application programs. These are written in a language that humans can understand. A user is an individual who uses a computer for tasks such as word processing and communication. When designing software, it is crucial to consider user-friendliness to ensure that it meets the requirements and preferences of users.
