I am happy with the progress of my first few weeks as a first-year student at New River Community College compared to Tidewater.

At this college, the classes are so tiny that the teacher personally engages with every student, knowing them by name and doing their best to assist. The campus is also compact enough to get familiar with in the initial few days of attending classes. The advisor and counselors are extremely supportive in guiding me towards my desired career path. I wonder if a larger community college would provide a similar experience. Tidewater Community College is a suitable alternative to New River Community College.
