It is mandatory to attempt all modules in the specified order, with a maximum limit of four papers per sitting. COCA provides the Compete COCA Program which includes an Induction Program, Tutorial Sessions, a Wrap-Up Session and an Interim Assessment. After completing the tutorial sessions, students have the opportunity to take a Mock Examination for real-life experience. A Time Table and Course Plan will be provided at the beginning of the course to ensure that materials are available from the start. The Institute strongly discourages engaging in activities that violate established rules, such as using or possessing drugs, alcohol, smoking, or similar substances. Any student found doing so will face an investigation and may be subjected to severe disciplinary measures ranging from suspension to dismissal. Violence in any form is strictly not tolerated on Institute premises or during Institute-related activities for both students and visitors. The prohibited behavior includes causing physical harm or threats, making abusive remarks or engaging in harassment, behaving disorderly or aggressively in a way that causes fear of injury or emotional distress for another person. It also includes shouting, throwing or pushing objects, punching walls or slamming doors, intentionally damaging Institute property or the property of an employee, student, or visitor. Possessing a weapon or dangerous instrument is strictly forbidden as well. At the Institute, student feedback is highly encouraged and valued.Students have various opportunities to share their views and opinions through feedback

sessions and periodic feedback forms. This feedback is essential for evaluating faculty and improving the Institute's facilities. To ensure the best student experience, SIC has a Complaints Procedure in place. If a student is dissatisfied with another student or needs to address a problem, they can choose between making an informal complaint or approaching a tutor, manager, or competent authority at the Institute. It is recommended that students submit a formal complaint in writing using the Complaint Form if informal methods do not resolve the issue or if it is severe. Submitting a complaint early increases the likelihood of reaching a satisfactory outcome. The written complaint should clearly state the nature and source of the problem, provide details of attempts made to resolve it informally, and explain why the informal process did not yield satisfactory results.

Typically, Course Leaders or Centre Coordinators are responsible for receiving complaints. Upon receipt of a complaint, they will inform complainants about their intended actions and provide an expected completion date for their investigation and response. Once a decision has been made on a complaint, complainants will receive written feedback containing detailed findings. If the complaint is found to be valid, appropriate action will be taken.SIC will ensure fair treatment for students during the implementation of complaint procedures. However, if a student submits a dishonest or malicious complaint, disciplinary action may be taken through the Student Disciplinary Procedure or by the Competent Authority. If students are dissatisfied with a decision, they have the right to express their concerns to KIDS' Chief Executive Officer. Unresolved matters can also be referred to COCA at [email protected].

Students must obtain the course plan from either the

relevant Faculty or Course Leader for each paper. The course plan provides information on the timetable, assignments, revision details, and examination schedule. At the end of every semester, students receive a progress report that includes attendance and exam results.

To access resources, students can use the library which is open from 9:30 am until 5 pm. They can visit at any time within these hours but must present their identity card for any library transactions. Students should handle books carefully as damage or mutilation will result in heavy fines.

Reference books, periodicals, and project reports cannot be borrowed but are available only for academic purposes. The laboratory systems are meant for individual use only and students must leave by 9:25 am and 4:45 pm.Upon entering the lab, students are required to give their name and entry time. When leaving, they must provide their name again. It is crucial for students to switch off the system as they exit the lab. Any unauthorized downloading or usage of sites will result in fines or disciplinary action determined by authorities.

Canteen facilities are available during specific times: breakfast from 8 am to 9:30 am, lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm, and tea break from 3 pm to 4 pm. The campus has a fully secured parking facility. Assistance with accommodation is provided through the Hostel Facility. Various meetings are held including a weekly staff meeting, twice-semester feedback analysis meetings, twice-yearly Examination Review Board Meeting and Result Analysis Meeting, monthly Management Review Meeting, and twice-yearly PTA meeting.

The Student Ownership Programmer's role

is to offer support and guidance to students regarding academic and personal matters. Students are divided into groups and guided by a Faculty member selected by the Faculty Council. If any counseling or support is needed, students can seek assistance from this faculty member.

The Study Material for the Course includes a BP textbook and practice kit along with other publisher's materials for reference purposes.According to the Attendance Policy, students are required to attend all classroom sessions in order to complete the course. If a student needs to take leave due to illness or personal reasons, they must submit a leave letter that is recommended by the Centre Coordinator/Faculty and approved by the Course Leader. If a student is unable to attend class without submitting a leave letter, they should inform the Faculty/Centre Coordinator about their circumstances. In these cases, it is suggested that students complete their notes and additional time will be provided for addressing any doubts they may have.

Full-time students in the course are given opportunities for free revisions. SIC will organize revision courses with experienced Faculty whenever necessary and feasible. When a student is absent from class, they must fill out an Official Leave Application Form and provide supporting documents as evidence. SIC will only approve leave requests for specific reasons supported by official evidence; any other reasons will be considered as absences. Valid reasons for leave approval include Festive Seasons and Medical Reasons with support from a medical report. Other instances of absence will be evaluated on an individual basis.

International students who require medical treatment abroad must submit a Medical Certificate, Leave Application Form, and copy of their Air Ticket.If there are

any cancellations or changes to the schedule that are beyond SIC's control, students will be promptly informed. They will have the option to reschedule, receive a refund, or obtain a credit note for the paid course fee. If there are available slots, students can transfer to another course date by notifying SIC at least fourteen working days prior to the course date. However, this transfer incurs a fee of RSI 500 and may also result in an additional fee for replacing study materials. It is strictly prohibited to transfer courses or study materials between students.

In cases where there is an unexpected absence from the tutor or faculty member, a class may be cancelled and rescheduled with another available faculty member. Students will be notified if their absence is planned through various channels such as phone calls, SMS messages, emails, official online platforms, and updates on the notice board.
