This course offers the opportunity to develop effective presentation skills in addition to other skillsets. The total number of points for the course is 395, with 155 allocated towards the Business Simulation Exercise. Throughout the semester, teams will participate in a simulation of an electronics component manufacturing industry competition using "Foundation" from CAPSICUM Management Simulations. This can be downloaded from Blackboard Learn and includes information about emulation sequence and team performance scoring. Additionally, there are two other exercises available for download on Blackboard: an Excel Spreadsheet Exercise worth 40 points and an Access Database Exercise worth 20 points.
