Candidates can register for the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) through academic institutions or State Education Departments (Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri) if they are private candidates, with a registration fee of RM60. This test is only recognized in Malaysia and Singapore by certain institutions such as National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, and Singapore Management University.
