I Billie Smith a college student conducted an interview with Michael Jean who is a project manager working with Jubilee Constructers of the leading industries in the construction sector. The venue of the interview was the conference room of the company at 11:00 AM on Friday morning. The Project Manager has been my role model since I learned what his profession entailed. We have had countless conversations where I always nagged him to explain to me more about project management and how to become an expert in planning. The interview will only last for two hours and will focus on general sentiments and the profession of the Project Manager. We are glad to have you, sir.
Question: Would you rather have the power to be invisible or read people’s minds and why? Answer: I would rath
...er have the power to read the minds of people and consequently get to understand their thoughts and sentiments. My job entails giving people what they want when they want it and exactly how they desire it. Considering I had that power to know what people are thinking, particularly my clients that would make my job very much easier. Moreover, when a client approaches me with a certain desire in mind, I would already be having an incite into what he or she maybe desires even before they make it known to me. Some of the clients always have difficulties in bringing out what they want and how they want their needs to be presented.
This gift of reading minds would help be fully understand what their heart's desire and deliver it to them without any instances of lack of satisfaction o
desires. Question: What is your favorite food/ restaurant? Answer: Well, let me begin with my favorite restaurant where apparently I got to have a taste of the best meal ever which turned out to be my favorite. My favorite restaurant is located in the heart New York called Jade Delicacies. I happened to take my wife there who at that time was my fiancée, and we had on of the best moments of our lives. We were treated to this special meal of that particular night that had me leaking my fingers. French Chicken Paillard was that meal and after that night, I just could not seem to have enough of it. It has been my favorite meal ever since, and I cannot go two fortnights without having it. Question: Who could you refer to as your hero and why? Answer: My hero would be my mom.
Event to this very day, my mom has always been my hero. Growing up in a remote area where poverty was the order of the day, I had many dreams that seemed impossible at that time. My mom was my mentor and a whole lot of other things. She practically made me who I am today. Question: What makes you happy? Answer: Other than making my family happy, it would be successfully delivering a project to my clients. Having dedicated a lot of time, resources, and planning in a project, successfully completing it and delivering the project is the greatest relief. I have delivered many projects to my clients, and it makes me utterly happy when they congratulate us for the good work. It also makes me very marketable
so to say. Mr. Michael Jean thank you very much for your time, and I hope we can get to do this again.
