Before starting the assignment, I anticipated gaining valuable communication skills from the Business Communication module. The ability to communicate effectively is essential when interacting with others. Communication skills are important in our everyday lives as we regularly engage with diverse individuals. Moreover, cultivating strong communication skills can improve and nurture positive relationships. Effective communication enables others to comprehend our needs, desires, and emotions, thereby reducing the chances of misunderstandings and conflicts. Expressing thoughts and feelings clearly promotes mutual understanding and reduces miscommunication.
During the assignment, my expectation was met. I had to communicate with the boss and staff members for the interview and this improved my communication skills.
