Which of the following general strategies should World View employ: sell out, retrench, do nothing/status quo, or planned growth? I think they should have a planned growth in order to be ready for the changing environment and the strong competition around them.

My personal view, World view Travel must find other market segments in addition to the recent ones because working with a few big companies is so risky, and at the same time they need to create more products such as entertainment packages for new segments if they want to succeed in the competition with others.
