Getting a C on something and telling yourself that you have all of the semester to bring your grade up, accepting challenges, thinking about different ways to study

Getting a C on something and feeling like a reject/failure, feel like an idiot/loser, worthless and dumb, pitiful life/no life, thinking the world is out to get you, thinking no one loves you, do things that don't improve your skills (getting drunk, pouting, eating, etc.)
