British Colonies Separation

The controversial question of whether the colonists had no other choice rather than go to war with the British depends on the sovereignty abandonment over more than ten colonies. The colonies had to get involved in the revolution due to the challenges experienced by the rise in power by the British. Additionally, acquiring the power and freedom from the British was quite a challenge considering the increase in economic and military resources, hence the justification of the exit for the thirteen colonies.

The considerations of the consequences on the colonies of failure to adhere to the rules by the Britain, the countries would have remained under poor conditions after the revolutionary war and suffered the economic trauma. The colonies would have been required to pay taxes and cut their profits for the benefit of the British (Norton, 2007). The separation would be considered risky and economically impossible considering the power Britain had over the thirteen colonies. However, the colonies had contributed to the rise of Britain, hence the right for freedom and contribution to the military.

Despite the claims that the separation was a move to make the Britain look humiliated are based on no ground support for the colonies. The exit of the colonies follows the rules and regulations initiated by the British in centralizing the governance and management of the colonies’ economy. It is justified for the colonies' separation following the increased focus on national growth and independence of the colonies (Norton, 2007). The growing sympathy on the colonies would have destroyed the future development of the colonies as experienced currently

by the reliance on the developed countries by the third world countries. The dependence on colonies has brought more colonialism rather than liberation.

The Constitution

The constitution definition is the law of the land that governs, the people and forms the fairground of the powers in government that originate from the people. It is important to note that it is the power vested by the people and for the people, hence the changes are considerable depending on the mutual agreement by those in government. However, despite the democracy considerations and the power of the constitution, the importance of the law that can be amended in favor of the changes in the land demeans the signing of the law. It is therefore to declare that the constitution is quite unnecessary due to the nature of its development.

In the recent the constitution of America has been used by a majority of the developing and growing countries and states in the structuring and making of the laws. According to conservatives the current random changes and interpretation of the constitution renders it irrelevant in the society. Additionally, noting from the consequences of the same law, it never on the side of the victim, a factor that is based on the interpretation of the law. The interpretation of the law has been diversified to suit the defense at its convenience even in the court of law (Cotto, 2014). The legalization of actions and processes have utilized the same constitution in pushing agendas that are against the conservative strategy development of the law.

The requirement of a constitution in the 21st century is void depending on the view of an interpreter. It is additionally

on no one side, but a dependence on the power to convince and argue for justice with clear evidence even when the morals of the society are opposed. It is therefore fair to conclude that the constitution is not required in the world today.

Desire to Achieve Success Dilemma

The power of belief and personal conviction cannot be underestimated, especially given the difference capabilities and talents possessed by various individuals in the society. The conviction of becoming great in whatever goal an individual chose depends on their motivation and research in achieving their goals. Different companies’ startups begin with a goal of gaining popularity and more profits in the provision of the same products and finally some emerge successful more than others. In this case it is unnecessary to consider the dreams and goals of everyone else and consider the self-esteem and strengths in achieving personal goals.

The desire to achieve whatever we want to become in the society depends on the self-conviction and improvement of self-esteem. The personal nature of the driving factor affects the decisions we make in life. Some are more disciplined than others, the differences in personality play a critical role in the society. The development of character influences the motivation of different individuals. The measure of personal success based on the general view of competitors psychologically affects the need to do better in achieving personal goals that are totally different the rest of the society (Kumar, 2016). The envisioned success in the environment may differ, therefore the suggestion of quitting in achieving personal dreams just because the people around have the dreams of achieving their different goals seems foolish.

The definition of success difference

in the society gives the reason to strive in achieving personal goals despite the competition around. The individuals around defining success differently, hence the importance of focusing on own goals for self-esteem purpose. It is actually foolish to quit the desire for success just because everyone else around is aligned towards achieving their success.

Fredrick’s Account of Life

Fredrick’s account of slavery may never be trusted by many, however in his case regarding the focus to freedom in life, the effect of slavery is similar to many other instances in life. The slavery presents the denial of freedom, hence the effect on life in a twisted manner. The evolution of slavery and religion serve a similar purpose, however the comparison towards the jail reflects a different perspective on slavery. On the logical examination of life, every individual in the society is enslaved by various factors affecting life and human existence. The aspect of slavery depends on the mentality adoption of the fact that you are denied the privileges in life by responsibilities bestowed.

According to Fredrick, the mental and psychological consideration of slavery determines the improvement and part played by different individuals in the society. In an examination of religion and church, the servants remain in the service of the religious duty and ignore the family responsibilities due to the mental acceptance of the role in society. In focus to the effect of slavery, the psychological effect of slavery leads to the determination of the success and acceptance in society (Angelfire.com, 2016). Despite the differences on slavery the open minded and change in view on situation improves the subjective determination of slavery in society.

It is all psychological  Fredrick

claims and breaking off the mental shackles regarding slavery enhances the personal development of individuals in the society. The suppressive and subjective nature of life has always existed right before us, and the management of the situation depends on the personal decision. The scientists, doctors, and technicians take the decision of risking their goals of happiness in life for the sacrifice of society happiness, how is the result of this not slavery. It all depends on the mental picture developed by individuals.

Independence is a Human Need

Independence turns to be an emotional consideration of being free from slavery. Every human has the right to freedom until the introduction of governance and consideration of any social background better than the other due to the civilization consideration. Every human is entitled to free and fair existence in the society for the interdependence in the society. The independence determines the observation of the Human Rights that are universal for all the human. However, the introduction of law and constitution limits the universal factor of freedom and independence in the society for coexistence.

Initially, independence would be considered universal to all human due to the consideration of the respect for human rights of all human. However, this is not the case due to the introduction of the governing bodies and administrative departments such as the government that insist on the development of law and order. The constitution, in this case, renders humans as slaves, hence the determination of the legislation of the land. The legislation and policies are determined by different individuals, hence the class development in the society and consideration of some human more important than others (Tsesis, 2016). The

class development results to the slavery of those classified in the less prestigious class, hence the apparent determination of the fact that independence is not universal to all human.

The changes in the world over time have brought about the disruption in the human nature affecting the coexistence of different human races and ethnics. The civilization impact has influenced the racial differences hence the consideration of any racial background more important than the others. It is prudent that the independence is not universal to all humans.

Did Gatsby Deserve to Die?

The power of love in the society defines the character and destiny of life at some point. The expression of love by the character Gatsby clearly demonstrates the extent to which the emotional attachment to a life partner can drive human actions and behavior. However, the cause of life does not justify that Gatsby death was deserved. Despite the crimes and negative activities, it is against the nature of the execution of death in the society. On the brighter side of the evaluation, Gatsby represents an honest and loyal character whom with time would be given a chance to stop the crimes and undesired behavior for concentration on the better life.

It is never desirable for someone to loose life for the crimes they have committed considering the different circumstances that lead to their unlawful actions. However, in the case of Gatsby, he did not deserve to die especially not for Daisy considering her character. In the modern society the mysteries behind the cause and reason for execution by death are clouded by different factors among them the emotional influence and self-blame for the actions committed (Luhrmann, Pearce,

& Amstrong, 2013). Despite the behavior adopted by individuals in the society, life has more than a single turning point that would help build the personality of an individual. The life of Gatsby is affected by different moral gaps evidenced by the numerous parties and reckless behavior. However, everyone in the society has a chance to change the behavior.

The evaluation of Gatsby’s life and death occurrence among the love of Daisy express the importance of life. It is never justifiable for someone to die for the mistakes they have committed hence the disagreement of what happened to Gatsby. Life is given the opportunity to turn around and amend the life and behavior for better, society and death puts us away with memories behind us.

The Power of Expectation

The importance of voluntary help economically, physically and emotionally depends on the social bond in the society. It is a reciprocal expectation in society, especially for individuals who remain generous in society even to the strangers. On different occasions, our instincts play a role in the determination of the generous actions of strangers in society. It all depends on the success of the society to reciprocate. In the view of Margret and her husband expectation, it is right for the help expectation of the people due to the challenges they had experienced.

The emotional drivers in the society determine the need to help the needy based on the relationships built into the society. The rule of expectation is dependent on confidence and self-fulfillment of prophecies and when everything turns out differently the personal experience growth and understanding of the society is influenced. Different people in the society live on the

edge of expectation hence the importance of faith as a personal character that allows the liberation from rejection by the society (Pekarik, & Schreiber, 2012). According to the Margret and her husband it is entirely based on faith in the success of their journey. The reflection of personal expectation builds the comfort in a hard situation, generating the aggression to attain the goals and objectives.

The expectation of help develops the emotional feeling of social relationship importance in the society. It binds the souls together as a family that eventually result to live in the society. The justification of expectation is based on the fact that the rule can be used to influence the actual reality in the society and create results and decisions that are based on what other people expect of the society to treat them back.

“The Raven” by Poe

The determination of “The Raven” success is dependent on the interpretation of success, especially in poetry. In the case that Poe expression of the obvious does not suit the consideration of good poetry, then he failed and if otherwise, the poem was entirely successful. He clearly expresses sorrow right from the beginning. The topic that symbolizes mourning and grief and sorrow explain the initial direction of the poem, despite the representation of the apparent in the poem. The undying devotion expressed in the poem leads to the agreement that the poem was a success.

The use of poetry styles by Poe in The Raven represent his knowledge of the controversy his work would bring due to the consideration of the sorrowful tone of the poem. The unending resemblance additionally inspires the grip in the comics and

emotional attachment of the poem. The representation of the embodiment of grieve by the use of the ebony birds leads to the symbolization of loneliness and separation in the society. The evil death affects the relationship between the ebony bird and Lenore another prominent expression of the combination of death and love (Gardner, 2016). Many would consider the style as the weak motive of the poetry, however, considering the emotional connection between poetry and life experience, it turns to be a success.

Consider the confessions poetry that has been considered to tell the emotional attachment of the weak in the society. It leads to the obvious expression of the obvious just as that of Poe in The Raven. The emotional connection and relation of poetry lay a critical role in poetry. Additionally, the poem is a success due to the stylized language, musicality, and the supernatural atmosphere expressed.

Poetry is Easy to Write

Poetry is the art using the aesthetics and rhythmic flow the interaction between the environment, emotions and experience and expressing to the world. The determination of the right topic to address depends on the poet and the flow of words that represent symbolism and phonaesthetics accord creativity. In general poetry is a natural component of the emotional feelings, hence simple to compose.

The evolution of poetry from the folk songs represents the generation of the oral epic experience that is dependent on personal experience. However, in admission to the challenges that may be experienced in composition and writing of poems, it requires strong emotional strengths in narrating the experiences that hurt. The confessions poetry is among the challenging due to the emotional requirement by the narrator

despite the availability of content. Additionally, it requires the assumption of the environment reflected in the poem for the easier composing of the poem. The poem success depends on the ability to evoke the emotive responses in language utilized in composing the poem (Edberg, 2016). The use of the styles and additional language tactics such as metaphors, similes have considered the stylistic distinction of the poem. The primary focus on good poetry is dependent on the emotional presence in the word rather than the styles in the language employed.

It is, therefore, enough to conclude that poetry is easy to write with the ability to connect the personal emotions to the poetry environment. The assumption of the experience during the composition makes it easier to add the language styles that include the use of metaphors and techniques such as the similes. The poetry on different subjects such as culture and genre are readily available, and it requires the imagination and creativity to compose an emotionally moving poem. It is pretty straightforward and simple to write a poem in this case.

Taxation and Government Spending

In the view of tax remission, the resistance has always been there since history considering the government spending behavior that is highly opposed by the citizens. The criticism by the majority in the society against the utilization of public funds leads to the agreement on the irrelevance of taxation. It is against Human Rights to tax the needy and poor and mismanage the funds. The taxes are aimed at helping pool the resources from the public to help develop the society, yet when these resources are mismanaged and misappropriated then taxes become irrelevant in

society.

It has been considered as the strategy of making the rich acquire more wealth and the poor continue suffering at the expense of policies and government laws that are developed by the same rich people. It is unfair for politicians to legislate the laws on high taxes and go ahead to entice the society with the same funds for the favor of votes. The process is actually against social responsibilities entitled to the politicians and government officials. Despite the charitable nature of taxation process, the government must ensure proper utilization of funds aimed at improving the operations in the development of the society rather than enriching the officials. Additional challenges to the law on taxes include the voluntary nature and an expression of servitude to the society (Franzini, Granaglia, & Raitano, 2016). However, the government failure to utilize the taxes represents irresponsibility and irrelevance of the process.

The connection between taxation law and service to the society experience criticism due to the process in which the utilization and the unavoidable nature of the system. The society members are equally taxed depending on their income. However, considering the utilization the rich tend to gain better returns, hence the consideration of scrapping of the taxation process of the corrupt system.

Too Much of a Good Thing

Many are the instances that we have imagined of having something good way too much. A common phrase since the era of Shakespeare has developed into the current world and reflects many different factors in society. I tend to disagree that we can have something too much which means it either character of physically owning some things way above our capabilities.

The level at which

we are considered to have just enough allows people to view us as successful individuals. An individual may turn to be generous, committed and devoted to a course or even mean. However, when they possess too much of the character it loses meaning and affects the view people see it practically. The society, diversity about the achievements and the rules in the society influence the appreciation of the good deeds and character (Finkelstein, 2016). There grows suspicious as the individual becomes too friendly and questions are raised as seeing for attention or in need of something. The instance is common with parents who have always raised you as a comic child, and suddenly you surprise them with an unexpected deed such as coming home early and attending to the chores without instructions. They presume that you impress them for compensation in something you need, and they are likely to decline without an expression of good behavior. It is all psychology that we cannot have too much of a good thing.

It is impossible to classify actions and character as too good without the consideration of the motives behind the changes in nature such as generosity. The actions rapidly change the meaning and importance in the instance they are considered too perfect.
