College education plays a significant role in a society by acting as the key to success for the future of individuals who consider it a necessary thing in life. The persons who have not acquired a higher education tend to find fewer opportunities compared to graduates who have widespread chances of being successful with a good reputation. The skills gained in college enables someone to work in various places across the world. In today’s economy, earning a higher education makes an individual with a great potential of making more money hence obtaining more wages in companies. The discussion below describes my views on the importance of college education to me.

Currently, the demand for graduates from college has risen compared to the previous years. This means that the supply is being outweighed by the need. Despite the fact that the college education is costly its outcome is appealing in this generation. The college graduates land jobs available with higher wages than the graduates from high school. The economy is shifting towards the basis of using knowledge unlike before whereby it was based on the mostly manufacturing of products. This has acted as an opportunity for college graduates by providing them with a broad range of superior alternatives in life. This has provided them with better job securities since they are as valuable as their employers.

Besides helping scholars to get jobs, it provides them with knowledge on how to put their money in possible trades. For example, a graduate who has a comprehension about accounting is likely to spend his wages in a sensible manner. Furthermore, a scholar with the basic accounting knowledge can run

his/her business well without employing skilled personnel. They can lead a happy and stable life because college education has prepared them academically and socially.

College education provides a scholar with a chance to get new friends through socialization that turns out to be important during job seeking. The connections with friends avail more options in life which could not have been possible without joining college. Through the interactions, diversity is embraced by appreciating other peoples’ culture thereby removing some misconceptions linked to some traditions. Also, students in college who are talented in games progress without difficulties by participating in various tournaments enabling them to press forward their profession.

College education improves someone’s intelligence with contrast to the time he graduated from high school. The enhanced worthiness of life is enhanced by being smarter than before. Lack of basic college education deprives one with a variety of necessities he/she would have acquired quickly. Also, people can work out problems harmoniously by avoiding disagreements enabling them to live a peaceful life.
Higher education gives scholars a chance to study various books during their tenure allowing exploration of latest ideas. By listening to the lecturers who are experienced in their profession, it motivates them to reflect and consult enabling them to grow and develop ready for the job market. This is advantageous to college graduates by the standards of a diploma from high school have declined over the recent years making them stand out regarding education.

Despite being time consuming and expensive, college education helps me discover my goals in general life.
