Within classrooms, school corridors, and the school yard, there is a presence of papers, mineral water cups, straws, and napkins scattered throughout. This lack of cleanliness and overall discomfort significantly impedes the learning and teaching environment.
Litters that are carelessly thrown can cause diseases, particularly when they include empty plastic cups or glasses. These items can collect rainwater, which then becomes a breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes. Furthermore, this litter can degrade the overall appearance of the surroundings.
Having a well-painted wall and a green school yard holds no significance when litter is spread all over. However, it is evident that a majority of the students in our school take responsibility for the cleanliness of their environment by properly disposing of their litter. Nevertheless, there are some who are not diligent enough to locate the designate
...d dust bins. It can be concluded that our school does not have an adequate number of dust bins.
The objective of this competition is to encourage students in schools to adopt cleanliness and environmentally friendly practices. It is recommended that more dust bins be placed near the steps, outside classrooms, and along corridors. Ideally, there should be a dust bin every ten meters for easy accessibility when students need to discard their trash. By providing an adequate number of dust bins, we can eliminate issues related to dirtiness and discomfort, transforming our school into a clean and pleasant place for studying. Cleanliness plays a vital role in any environment; its significance is widely acknowledged. However, effectively promoting cleanliness within our school poses a challenge. To address this challenge, it is crucial to emphasize proper waste management. This entails educating students on th
most effective methods of waste disposal in order to minimize insect infestations, diseases, and pathogens associated with improper waste disposal. Additionally, this initiative aims at reducing the risks of various health consequences and negative effects resulting from careless garbage disposal. Moreover, we aim to cultivate among students a sense of responsibility towards their surroundings, particularly their schools.By promoting the use of garbage containers and instilling an appreciation for them, we can effectively reduce littering in schools and beyond. The purpose of this competition is to enhance students' respect and concern for their surroundings while advocating for a clean and healthy environment. Additionally, it aims to cultivate a sense of responsibility among students towards their environment by educating them on disease prevention methods and inspiring them to enhance the aesthetics of their surroundings. The competition highlights the significance of recycling, reusing, and waste reduction. Students are encouraged to unleash their creativity by transforming waste into art or utilizing composting techniques. These practices not only benefit the environment but also provide props for performances and other events.
