Woodbridge and Mr. Hundert did during the final competition would also be the solution I would resort to if were to be caught in such a situation.But, I would on the other hand had met Mr. Sedgewick Bell after the incident and made him understand how was it important for him to become a good man.

I would have requested my best known counselor to assist this child and guide him as he had a long way ahead of him. Also, I would have brought this to the notice of the headmaster and discussed with him as to how to deal with this student, he was not a not a son of any ordinary man, any action against him would have lead to deteriorating image of his senator father.But, I would have assured Sedgewicks father that Sedgewick would do very well if he upported me in certain things in moulding his child. There would be no changes in Judging, rather I would put in more effort than normal to make this child work harder and realize

As a student, As a student, If i keep myself in place of Sedgewick, I would have taken that lesson in the end seriously and made up for the mistakes i have been doing.

On the other hand if he ever realized his mistake and tried to improve he would be focusing on being realistic and also accepting failures. This would indeed help in moving up the ladder in various situation he is about to face in his life be it professional of family. Thus there certainly is an impact of sedgewicks behavior on the people around him in the school as well on himself.
