What is Public Speaking Anxiety?

Lastly, positive affirmations such as telling yourself that you are capable and confident can provide relief from excessive worrying before giving a presentation or talk. With these tactics combined together they can create an effective way for those suffering from public speaking anxiety to manage their fear so they may present confidently and successfully.
