What is Eastern Hemisphere?
The Eastern Hemisphere is the half of Earth that is east of the prime meridian and west of the 180th meridian. It includes Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. The Eastern Hemisphere has a population of 4.3 billion people and covers over 30% of the Earth’s total land area.Europe is located in the northern part of the Eastern Hemisphere and it is home to over 740 million people. This region is known for its rich culture, history, architecture, food, art and literature. It also has a diverse landscape ranging from mountains to plains with numerous rivers running through it. There are 48 countries in Europe including Germany, France and Italy which are some of its most popular tourist destinations. Africa is located in both the Northern and Southern parts of the Eastern Hemisphere and it contains 54 countries including Egypt; Nigeria; South Africa; Ethiopia; Sudan; Kenya; Morocco; Algeria etc. African culture is extremely diverse with different customs depending on location but all have one thing in common- a strong sense of community spirit which binds them together as one people regardless of their differences or cultural backgrounds. This continent has been home to various civilizations throughout history such as Ancient Egypt during its time as an empire from 3000 BC 30 BC. Africa also houses some spectacular wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffe’s amongst many others which can be found on safari trips or game reserves across this continent. Asia comprises 48 countries including India; China; Japan; Indonesia etc making up almost 60% of world’s population living within this region at around 4 billion people. Asian culture varies significantly between each country however there are certain values held by many such as honor respect for elders across these nations that make up one huge melting pot full rich traditions dating back thousands years ago. In terms Asia’s attractions these range from historical sites like The Great Wall Of China or Taj Mahal India through modern architecture Tokyo Sky Tree Dubai Marina just name few. Australia lies down under at very end eastern hemisphere its home 23 million mainly concentrated east coast within cities like Sydney Melbourne Brisbane Perth Adelaide Tasmania more remote areas interior rainforest desert regions vast Outback too.
