However, it is important to understand that creating such laws will take time as thorough discussions with various countries are necessary to address specific country needs relating to the current situation. Additionally, it should be noted that some countries are more susceptible to cyber crimes and social engineering attacks due to their advanced computer usage capabilities.

My suggestion involves identifying a central unit for international law on cyber criminal activity, which can be located anywhere globally, with the sole responsibility of managing information related to worldwide incidents of social engineering. This central unit would serve as the primary communication hub for all national centers for cyber crime, ensuring that new social engineering techniques are communicated across the world.
