P&G and its brands can benefit greatly from all three markets – Europe, Japan, and prestige. Despite the challenges of breaking into the European market, P&G can focus on specific cities and market
to successfully promote its superior products. While Europe is the lowest priority option, Japan had previously experienced a decline in profitability due to stagnation in development in the early 80s. As such, P&G must remain competitive by keeping up with technology and continuing to innovate in order to maintain its status as a leader in the prestige market in Japan.
