Kingdomality is a professional reading that simplifies personality types and helps individuals determine their ideal role in a clear and straightforward manner. By providing insights into one's strengths and weaknesses, Kingdomality assists in identifying where one fits in and doesn't fit in, which can be valuable information in a business setting. Recognizing and understanding these aspects about oneself is crucial when collaborating with others.

In this brief narrative, a King named Harold serves as a valuable tool for individuals to gain self-awareness and understand others. It also helps them identify current issues, recognize team members, and establish necessary goals to succeed and accomplish tasks. The story encompasses a kingdom divided into four main groups, represented by the four corners. The challengers, located in the North, comprise the more logical characters who consistently exhibit rationality

and efficiency. These individuals strive to set ambitious goals and regularly push their limits to achieve maximum results.

If there is anything or anyone obstructing their success, they will undoubtedly confront any opinions or critics to ensure their eventual triumph. The passionate southerners are known for their dedication to causes, although they may not always prioritize practicality. They are often labeled as helpers because they tend to react to situations based on their emotions rather than careful consideration. On the other hand, the Easterners are referred to as maintainers. They assume the responsibility of ensuring the kingdom runs smoothly and in a trendy manner. Nevertheless, the word "new" can cause them stress.

The easterners are reliable and resistant to change. They believe that innovation can lead to chaos, so they avoid uncertain things. The quote "If it was good enough for grandpa

it’s good enough for me," from Kingdomality, reflects the mindset of an easterner, who values careful planning and certainty. On the other hand, the western part of the kingdom consists of the explorers. These individuals are constantly seeking new adventures and experiences, pushing boundaries.

These characters are unaffected by chaos and are able to adapt to any situation without being stressed by change. They are known as the visionaries in the Kingdom. These individuals display unusual hair styles, crazy fashion, or live in unconventional houses or situations. King Harold, guided by Lady Elizabeth in understanding Kingdomality, emphasizes that no one person or role is superior to another. He emphasizes that everyone in the kingdom possesses qualities that are necessary for maintaining balance.

While I don't fully agree with King Harold's belief that anyone can assume a leadership role, as not everyone is suited to handle the stress and chaos that comes with it, I have gained valuable insights from reading Kingdomality. The lessons I learned can be applied to any business scenario throughout my lifetime. It has taught me the importance of understanding which roles are best suited for me and recognizing when others might be better equipped to fulfill certain tasks.

I relate to the North and enjoy challenging situations to express my opinions. The highlight of this book was when King Peter gave King Harold a plaque with the letters K. I. N. G. The K represents knowing oneself and others, the I means identifying all the issues, the N stands for naming your team, and the G stands for getting the goals and taking action. By following this acronym, anyone can improve as a leader,

employee, teammate, boss, or parent.

This book offers valuable insights that can benefit businesses worldwide. It is highly recommended for managers seeking to navigate the diverse range of personalities in their teams. The book provides guidance on improving leadership skills, knowing when to take charge, and how to be a better team player. Furthermore, it helps individuals develop their personal growth for ultimate success.

The kingdom served as a metaphor for the corporate world, illustrating the various roles that exist in a business for individuals with different personality types to undertake. It is crucial for the kingdom to operate effectively that all perspectives are represented. The key insight I gained from studying Kingdomality is that each person possesses their own preferences and dislikes, as well as settings where they thrive or struggle. Thus, it is essential for us to collaborate proficiently with others and allow them to take charge when we are unable to accomplish everything.
