Pharmacists require a variety of skills in order to effectively assist patients who are seeking managed care. This encompasses having excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to interact successfully with customers, regardless of their level of medical understanding. Additionally, they should be capable of working collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and functioning as part of a team. These skills are vital when it comes to prescribing the correct medication and being attentive to important details. Moreover, computer literacy is an indispensable asset for pharmacists.

From my observations, certain patients tend to withhold crucial information, which could lead to severe or fatal side effects if the wrong medication is provided. Hence, establishing a consistent development process is vital in ensuring optimal practice within my field.

My main focus is on ensuring the safety and effectiveness of drugs for my patients' specific diseases. I also aim to minimize risks and side effects by using appropriate delivery methods and closely monitoring manufacturing dates of capsules, injections, or infusions. Additionally, supporting others in my profession by encouraging their involvement in medical research is important to me. This will enhance our understanding of long-term drug effects, improve healthcare quality, and introduce new therapies in clinical development.
