Being a teacher and a researcher has allowed me to be a goal-oriented person, completing two research method classes with the peers of Laureate Education Inc. But the fact that I value team work a lot has enabled us to research and to comprehend the data and root cause (Creswell, 2013). My common goals pushes me to be much focused and to believe nothing works more or less than having an effective communication. I therefore perceive to use activist style in order to reach-out an effective solution as the generation of creativity and having meaningful contribution to the field is charged on being a professional researcher.
I thus use qualitative research to understand how learners develop and grow, noting that learning and developing vary individually within the linguistic, emotional, social, and cognitive areas. My designs and implements are appropriate in providing experiences, allowi
...ng me to use and understand individual distinction and diverse communities and cultures to ascertain a learning context that will enable each leaner to hit the prerequisite high standards. In order to encourage on positive interaction, self-motivation, and engagement in active-learning, as a social constructivist, I always ensure that I work with others effectively to create a context that will provide support to individuals and offer collaborative learning. But what vital for any teacher is to comprehend the central concepts, distinct structures of disciplines, and tools of inquiry that will create learning experiences that make easier accessibility for learners to meaningful assurance of their mastery of the content (Creswell, 2013). There is also need to implement projects that enable learners to connect and use distinct perspectives to always engage them in thinking critically, being
creative, and collaborate together in order to solve problems related to authentic global and local facets.
